Brandy Wimberly is the founder of emPOWERgize U, LLC. She started the company to create a mindset that dares to be bold and envision a life that goes beyond its current circumstances. emPOWERgize U, LLC provides a framework and the motivation to create an enriched life. Her experience includes facilitating workshops and group coaching sessions to emerging leaders, mid-level professionals, and senior executives.   

As an Executive Coach, she incorporates a strategic perspective by incorporating 20 years of leadership experiences and implementing coaching techniques to drive successful transformations. Acting as a thought partner through lessons learned when leading teams in data driven organizations, implementing employee work-life programs, and developing culture enrichment programs for IT professionals.  She strives to be an advocate for underrepresented groups by cultivating trusting relationships and incorporating data to create stories for inclusion. To make lasting change, leaders must track progress using employee experiences to create purpose.  

In 2018, Brandy completed a Certified Professional Coaching program through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC).  In 2022, Brandy Wimberly earned her Associate Certified Coach credentials from the International Coaching Federation (ICF).  These certifications enhances her knowledge achieved in prior years with her Bachelor's Degree in Management and a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management.
