Team Coaching Packages (6 Sessions)

This coaching package starts with a team focused assessment and debrief in a team setting.  Participants will learn how their individual profile impacts others around them.  Managers will also gain a high-level perspective about their team and how to inspire change. 


Managers can determine how to structure the series of sessions based upon emerging trends or desired skills. The remaining team coaching sessions will be created based upon themes identified in the assessment and the goals established by the manager. 

Team Coaching Packages (12 Sessions)

This coaching package starts with a team focused assessment and debrief in a team setting.  Participants will learn how their individual profile impacts others around them.  Managers will also gain a high-level perspective about their team and how to inspire change. 


Managers can determine how to structure the series of sessions based upon emerging trends or desired skills.  The remaining team coaching sessions will be created based upon themes identified in the assessment and the goals established by the manager. The value of the extended number of sessions is it includes a more in depth debrief process for the team or provide individual sessions for high performing employees or staff in transition to new positions.
