Discover the Impact of Your ELI Debrief

The Energy Leadership Index (ELI) includes 70 self-rating questions to assess a leader’s energy levels across seven core areas. Participants receive a detailed report comparing their responses in normal vs. stressful situations, offering insights into their behaviors.

The debrief session highlights key themes and provides tools for growth, helping the participant understand focus areas for future coaching and how to improve their leadership effectiveness.

Levels of Leading Self & Others

What is the Energy Leadership Index Assessment?

The Energy Leadership Index (ELI) is a four-part assessment that provides insights into how individuals approach leadership and handle challenges. It evaluates seven levels of energy, reflecting either mental or emotional responses, categorized as anabolic (positive, growth-focused) or catabolic (negative, energy-draining).

The assessment helps participants understand how to use these energy levels to achieve their goals. Ideally, leaders strive to operate at the highest level (Level 7), where they experience life without judgment and apply a balance of effort and ease when facing challenges.

Studies show that leaders with more anabolic energy demonstrate stronger leadership skills and are seen as more competent by their colleagues. On the other hand, leaders with more catabolic energy tend to be less confident and are perceived as less effective in their leadership.

Unlock Better Teamwork

The DiSC assessment is a powerful tool that reveals how people naturally work and communicate. Through a simple questionnaire, it identifies four core behavioral styles: Dominance (D), Influence (I), Steadiness (S), and Conscientiousness (C).

DiSC builds stronger communication and deeper self-awareness!
